Purrge 1.0.0 — build 21

This update fixes a freeze when starting cleanup, especially after a Full scan with many app leftovers and managed-storage results.

Large cleanup selections and Full scan result updates are more responsive. Developer storage groups, searches and cleanup results update faster when you have many projects.

Storage capacity, menu bar disk readings and app last-opened dates are read in the background so they do not hold up the interface.

File identity, ownership, running-app, permission, keeper and protected-content checks remain in place. Cleanup permanently deletes only your selected eligible files and cannot be undone.

The public version remains 1.0.0. The higher build number makes this update available to earlier builds through Check for Updates.
